PIR sensor: how to connect

Hi, I'm getting started with Arduino...and in these days I'm reading the data sheets of the things that I bought and that will arrive to me in the ext days.

I have a problem, i bought a Pir sensor (http://www.watterott.com/en/PIR-Motion-Sensor) and this is the datasheet:http:

But,reading some manuals on Arduino, I have understood that it can't give to the sensor the 12V that it would, so I have to do a particular circuit.

I understand that the particular circuit should have some components, and I have these:

-Diode 1n4007
-MOS Irf540
-BC 547 Transistor

In general I have all the components of this kit:

HOw can I let work my PIR Sensor???

I don't know if my English is clear....Thank you...!!!

I would try getting it working first without the 12v circuit.
I would try the jumper cable to 3.3 volts.
The website states:

This unit works great from 5 to 12V (datasheet shows 12V). You can also install a jumper wire past the 5V regulator on board to make this unit work at 3.3V. Sensor uses 1.6mA@3.3V.

You say tha t maybe it can work at 5V that means at 3.3 V ...It's exact???

Thank you!!!
