I need someone to consult with on a small class robot project.
I want to understand how to use a PIXY2 on a simple 4w robot.
What's the budget?
Would $50 be a place to start? I don't have tons of money.
I can start the project with some downloaded code or chatGPT code and work from there. I am not sure how long it would take from that point. You probably have a better good guess than I do.
Who came up with Pixy2 camera? It's obvious a class project and you should learn something doing it. Neither ChatGPT nor a buying code will do that - leaving aside the fact that 50 bucks are burned as soon as "somebody" has to ople the IDE for you.
So, what do you think it would cost to do something like. I have been using the Arduino for a while and the robot is just an Arduino Uno with an Hw-130 motor shield, 4 wheel motors and a Pixy2. Wiring is as basic as it gets. I didn't even wire a switch on it. I just connected a tray with two 3.7 lithium batteries in it to the motor shield. I just want to understand how to get the pixy to control this basic setup.
Or, read and follow the directions in the Pixy2 getting started guide.
That's what I'd suggest, too. The problem with "do something like" is that you don't know what's involved. Figuring out what you mean by that takes a day, so ...
