I connected the pixy 2 to the arduino mega, how can I connect the tft screen to the mega and get a camera view?

it doesn't matter, it could be i2c or spi. I am open to suggestions.
Does the Pixy 2 provide the ability to download the camera images in a format that can be displayed on a TFT ?
A Mega is not an ideal choice for displaying images on a TFT display, its will be very slow.
