I’d like to make a detector of organic stuff for my school project, but I don’t find the correct shield, I mean I’ve been reading about it and I check in Ch4 detector, the little problem is this one. “My food is in completely good state” so I can’t check if it’s something organic, I’ve already tried with the humidity and temperature sensor but that doesn’t because I live in a place that is so hot and with a lot humidity:(
Please help me My project is for the next month and I don’t know what should I do

.......... I don’t know what should I do
You might start by reading up on the temperature ranges of available sensors, or moving to somewhere that is more environmentally appropriate for human habitation.
I suspect the OP means that the natural humidity and temperature is such that it obscures measurements that would indicate a problem with the food quality.
However I have no knowledge of the technical assessment of food quality so I have nothing to suggest.
@ilsejimenez64, maybe you need to find a project that you can do? Especially as time is tight.

PS ... the title "Planet" does not give us any idea what your problem is. I had assumed you wanted to point a telescope at Mars or something like that. If you edit your Original Post you can change the Title to something relevant.
You need to identify what it is that happens when food decays, then see what could be sensed to identify that process , then what are the available sensors

Who would ever know? and I thought it might be something astronomical too, and got sucked in...
