Being completely new to this website I like to ask if anybody here can tell me if this set is enough to make a 2 stepper CNC running to wind automatically guitar pickups. The hardware part is arranged and It's a setup with 2 stepper motors.
Except for the fact that the setup doesn't include the stepper motors, and there is no indication as to what voltage and current the stepper drivers can control, yes that kit looks sufficient.
You must match your stepper motors to the stepper motor drivers (or vice versa). The A4988 will struggle with motors that require more than (say) 1.3 to 1.5 amps.
The Polulu A4988 web page has a lot of information.
I would be wary of buying a shield unless there is good documentation available for it.

But, hey, for $15 including an Arduino clone, you really can't go wrong (if the seller actually delivers (keeping my fingers crossed that I didn't waste $15)).

I kind of understand where you are coming from. But are you going to take charge when the OP says "it won't work" or "how do you connect it" etc etc etc.

Nope. But the price looked good, so I gambled $15 for something for myself.
I am new to Arduino but I want to build a small machine and I like to talk in mail or Skype to someone who is understanding that there are people who not have technical knowledge (Yes like me) about the machine that I want to build and where the software developper who I found told me it was the best and cheapest way if I could build my machine hardware wise with Arduino hardware. I like to know if this is correct and some advice on the pretty simple hardware I THINK I need no technical stuff but a simple pickup winder for guitar pickups is what I want to make.
Hoping someone can help me to prevent buying to wrong components.
Post in project guidance and get the advice on the forum. Most of us aren't interested in helping someone via private mail (for free at least) because then others on the forum can't learn from it.
I just see that I posted twice which was not my intention sorry for that and I like to thank the people who responded already and Robin2 I started reading already !!!!!!!!!!
