Hi Tim,
the aBitModern-Skin is broken on Windows(vista) with IE Version7 when
rendering http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/ABitModernSkin

Firefox on Vista works fine.

There is a workaround for this at the end of the page (section bugs).
