Full agreement.

Do you have admin access? I don't, so the zip is the best I can do right now. If you don't have it, may I nominate you for admin access? Since you have the tools and could then make repairs and test quickly?

I also second that this thread is too long. Should we wait until the skin is live?

I did make some quick install instructions for the zip file. I suppose they probably belong in its README. Though, they combine the GeSHi code formatter install as well. which is super sweet.

  1. add to playground/config.php:

##BEGIN ARDUINO CONFIG EDITS
$Skin = 'abitmodern';

So its close to the skind reference, add in the source code script:

  1. Add in the code formating module:
    add the contents of this tgz file:
    Download GeSHi-1.0.7.20.tar.gz (GeSHi - Generic Syntax Highlighter)
    to the "playground/cookbook" folder.

  2. then extract the contents of said zip:
    Arduino Playground - HomePage
    into "pub/skins/abitmodern"
