Playground's RFID Reader PCB?

I was looking into This> Arduino Playground - DIYRFIDReader

But I am bit stucked at making a PCB out it, has someone tried it?

Also, is there a way to make a 125khz PCB antenna like this one: http://www.parallax.com/product/28140
