Could someone tell me what kind of cable this is and maybe identify what the colored wires are or maybe a URL that shows the
spec for the wires?
The cable goes from my Rebel Desk treadmill to the controller box that controls off/on, speed etc.

No chance. What's a rebel desk treadmill?
It's a custom crimped cable, and the only way you'll work out what is what is through experimentation and probing with a DMM.
Look for markings on the connector - you can usually identify the manufacturer
at least.
A photo from the front of the connector is useful...
Be warned there are litterally 100,000's of different connectors out there.
