hello friends, I want to make a project where I want to make a bird pest repellent device like the link below, but I want to change the Arduino into an ESP32 NodeMCU which can be accessed using Blynk for monitoring and the ultra sonic sensor into 4 PIR sensors. and add 4 servos too, and I want to add solar panels and battery for power, can anyone help make a project circuit

What you ask for is not a trival task, even for an experienced engineer.
Do you know how to write C code?
Do you know how to read and create a schematic?
Do you know how to solder?
Start with just the ESP32 and make its onboard LED blink.
Then add one PIR sensor and get that to read correctly. Use it to blink the onboard LED.
Then add one more PIR sensor and get both your PIR sensors to read. If this works, add the other two.
Now work with the ultrasonic sensor and get that to read correctly.
Then add a servo and a suitable power supply; for now, just use a wall wart/AC adapter.
Etc.etc.
Once you got everything running from a regular AC power supply, start thinking about a battery + solar power setup.
Like any complex project, take it one step at a time. It's going to be a long process. It'll take you a couple of months, realistically speaking. At least.
