I saw a good 128x64 lcd screen on ebay, but the selled dont wrote there which controller chip is on it, so i would be glad if you help me:
So that is the module. I need a slim and under 65mm width panel, so i can only choose this screen.
Which type of controller does it has? Or if you dont know, can you tell me if i can use it with glcd or other pre-written libraries?
Some searching on the manufacturer's site (www.goodview-lcd.com) leads me to think that their 128x64 graphic displays all use the ST7565P controller.

128x64, 20 or so pins.

I checked the site and saw that 12864 lcds have ks107/ks108 controllers, and i found this:

Maybe that will my the lcd what i saw on ebay. The dimensions are correct.

They are functionally the same as the ST7565.
And do i have to use parralal communication with the lot of pins, or can i use something serial?
Fortunately, the mega2560 has many pins, but i dont like too many wires in one device
The datasheet you linked to says parallel -> all 8 bits in their glory.
Obviously, you can serialize that, even the command pins, with a shift register or even a mcu.
