Some searching on the manufacturer's site (www.goodview-lcd.com) leads me to think that their 128x64 graphic displays all use the ST7565P controller.If you can figure out which model it is you can download a manual for it: http://www.goodview-lcd.com/downloadlist.asp?i=5
I checked the site and saw that 12864 lcds have ks107/ks108 controllers, and i found this:

Maybe that will my the lcd what i saw on ebay. The dimensions are correct.
