Please help :))

I am extremely new to Arduino but I have a project to do and every time I go to verify or upload the code is get “fork/exec /Users/mikekrisnz 1/Library/Arduino15/packages/arduino/tools/avr-gcc/7.3.0-atmel3.6.1-arduino5/bin/avr-g++: no such file or directory Error compiling for board Arduino Uno.”

How do I fix this??

void setup()
{
  // Setup Serial which is useful for debugging
  // Use the Serial Monitor to view printed messages
  Serial.begin(9600);
  Serial.println("start");

    pushButton.init();
}

// Main logic of your circuit. It defines the interaction between the components you selected. After setup, it runs over and over again, in an eternal loop.
void loop()
{

 float fsr.getForce();

   bool pushButtonVal = pushButton.onPress();
    if (pushButtonVal == 1) {
    start_flag = 0;
    glassState = 0;
    //Start timer
    lcd20x4.print(0);
    time0 = millis();
  }

  //set time state
  if (start_flag == 0) {
    //If the galss is placed
    if (fsrForce > 50)
    {
      glassState = 1;
      //Start timer
      lcd20x4.print(0);
      time0 = millis();
    }

    else if (fsrForce < 50 && glassState)
    {
      finalTime = millis() - time0;
      start_flag = 1;
    }
  }

  else if (start_flag == 1)
  {

    if (fsrForce < 100)
    {
      finalTime = (millis() - time0) / 10;
      lcd20x4.write(finalTime);
    }

    {
      start_flag = 2;
      finalTime = (millis() - time0) / 10;
      lcd20x4.write(finalTime);
      PiezoSpeaker playMelody(piezoSpeaker_5vHoorayLength, piezoSpeaker_5vHoorayMelody[],  piezoSpeaker_5vHoorayNoteDurations[] );
      delay(500);
    }
  }
  else
  {
    lcd20x4.write(finalTime);
  }

}

Sounds like the Arduino IDE is not correctly installed. Try re-installing it.

Agreed, unless you've un-installed the AVR boards by accident. Sometimes just closing and re-opening the application works, it is Java after all, but a re-install is probably not a bad plan.
