There are hundreds, probably thousands, of examples of sending data from the Arduino via Bluetooth but without a basic understanding of programming the Arduino you will quickly become bogged down
Start by looking at the examples in the Arduino IDE.
Which temperature sensor do you intends to use ?
Which Arduino do you have? Which Bluetooth module is attached to the mystery Arduino? How is the module connected (wiring diagram, please)?

i have used Arduino pro mini and i used HC-05 Bluetooth module.
