i learned about programming the arduino,i do have a development board too,so where can i find the circuit diagram to plug in atmega168 into my pcb after programming it...?

there are 28 pins in atmega168 DIP,out of which 20 pins are I/O pins.so when i plug in the microcontroller in the pcb,i'm about to do sth with those 8 pins for its basic functioning.
so i would like to have a circuit of this sort.
