Plugin not working on a standard user

Hi all,

so I'm having this problem where the create plugin doesn't work on a standard user. It does work fine when I'm logged in as an admin.

I've tried reistalling the plugin, install it as an admin and change the install directory but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to be switching users any time I want to use Create.
