There are some posts at the top of this section.
It might be useful for you to read them as there are some very helpful hints on getting the plugin working.
There is also not enough information in your post so reading the ones at the top will tell you what sort of information will be useful to help you further.
If you have NOT installed the plugin and said YES to the pop up boxes it will not work.
Anything else I could say now would be a guess.
