I guess your real question is about using PLX-DAQ with Arduino, and that is quite specific enough.

So this Arduino forum is the right place to ask it and, while the abovementioned link does actually have useful stuff, it is far from obvious. It isn't even friendly. They have never heard of Arduino, or they don't like us.

Nonetheless, if you breathe deeply and download the package, you will find the help file pretty good.
