Based on arduino MRK (multiple devices.. 1300, 1310, 1400 gsm) what is the values for the next list based on lipo battery (PMIC - BQ24195 chip) ?

Are you asking what default value should you use for the MKR to work correctly?
have you tried taking a factory set device and call
to see what the default values are?
(that library is buggy and not stable.)

but , I'm using a 5V 1A inductive charger connected to VIN pin..

The problem is, my arduino MKR GSM 1400, connected via USB charge with max current of 0.048mA .. why?
