i need to make a project with 3 DRA818U + arduino nano , in order to track 2 cars without 3G GSM
the question is that i want to be able to "hide" the GPS location to the public frequensy . can i do it with encryption? is that legal?

And on whether the owner of the vehicles has given permission? I'm pretty sure most countries prohibit placing tracking beacons on other people's vehicles without their consent....
