PoE is not doing anything

I bought this ethernetshield http://www.sgbotic.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=1844
And I bought this WC-PD13C050I PoE module: PoE-Module 5V

This PoE has 2x4 pins and not 1x6 and 1x4. The shield has pin sockets, I can just stick the PoE module in it. I dont have to solder it, but the pins all fit in the sockets well.

problem is: I aint got no power over the ethernet cable... no led shines, and my webserver is also not running...

I can solder the 2 missing pins, but I dont see any leads going to the holes.
The ethernet shield works normally as long as the usb cable is still in the uno.

Does anybody knows what the problem might be?

Also note that the "Ethernet Module" linked from the POE module page is NOT an Arduino Ethernet Shield. It may not be compatible with the Ag9050-S used on the Arduino Ethernet Shield.
