Anyone know how to set this wea, send me some error messages in the software settings concerning what toy doing wrong?
as I have read about this "configuration error" when these messages out black one
should increase the size of the pixel or grid Sized or decrease the size of the tip of the pen,
but it does not work does not go away

Just because people know how to write their own programs for an Arduino does NOT mean that they know anything about a complex program that someone else has written.
The Polargraph people are the ones to answer questions about the Polargraph program.

Robin and John are exactly right, this question is nothing to do with Arduino, it's about a specific piece of software that happens to have a small Arduino element. Come over to Forum | Polargraph and try there!
