The circuit you linked is not a complete circuit, and it is not recommended to use the same type of transistor for Q1-Q4 (you need special driver circuits for that). There are much better and complete designs.

What do you want to do with it?

You can buy modules with complete H-bridges, usually for motor control and they have many safety features built in. For example, https://www.pololu.com/category/11/brushed-dc-motor-drivers

The Design Criteria (specs) for an H-bridge are based on the load (what it will be driving). You have not posted any specs for your load. You have not stated what KIND of load you intend to drive COIL, SOLENOID, MOTOR etc. While the most common load is motors, it is not always the case. Sometimes people are driving valves that open and close. You need to post a link for your load (motors, whatever) that includes the specs. You need to tell us your electronics background (so we know how to communicate with you) You need to state whether or not this MUST be a DIY h-bridge or if it can be an off the shelf ready made product. Last but not least, we need to know if you can read a schematic.

Vcoil = 3.6V DC

Working Form: Positive pulse valve, Negative pulse valve (+/- 3.6Vdc)

RCOIL = 9 ohms

TPulse = 30ms ← you should just use digitalWrite with a 30 mS delay instead of PWM because arduino standard PWM frequency is either 480 Hz or 980 Hz (2 mS period or 1 mS period)

ICOIL = 500mA

You can still use one of these

You’ll need to adjust the motor supply for 3.6 V across the coil because there is a voltage drop across the devices in the chip. If you use a variable supply and start at 3.6V (measuring across the coil) and increase it slightly until you get 3.6 V it should be fine.

The mosfet you linked is not a logic level mosfet so you couldn’t use it without mosfet drivers and as already stated, it is better if you use N-Channel /P-channel instead of 4 N-channel.
