Ports not showing up, cannot upload! It is my understanding that I do not need to install any special drivers? Thank you for your help!
2015 Macbook Pro High Sierra
Arduino IDE 1.8.7
Arduino Genuino Uno
In system report -> hardware -> USB the arduino shows up as "ATmega16u2 DFU"
I have tried re-installing the IDE. Restarting the computer. Updating my OS.
The 'on' light and the pin 13 light both turn on when the arduino is plugged in.
