Port selection grey out

Hi there!

I'm trying to update my Lightberry HDMI Converter that use Arduino Leonardo.
I use a laptop under Win10.

I've correctly installed Arduino IDE, install driver during the IDE installation.

When I connect my lightberry HDMI converter using the USB cable, I have sound that show it's detected, I shoose "Arduino Leonardo" under Tools -> Board.
But I can't choose the port COM because this option is grey out.

When I look into my control panel, my lightberry HDMI Converter is detected as "USB TV Tuner".

If I uninstall the driver manually, and try to reinstall it (indicate driver directory under Arduino installation directory), I always have "USB TV Tuner" as driver.

What could I do?

Thanks a lot!

I've just contact the support...
I'm waiting!

Can I try something?

Is there a way to force windows to use driver found in the Arduino IDE installation folder instead of the generic driver of windows?

I can't find anything on the lightberry site that indicates that their product is a Leonardo under the hood. Where does it say that? This doesn't really sound like the kind of device that would have an AVR micro inside - large amounts of data (eg, video) aren't what slow avr micros are good at.
