Portenta x8 update problem

Hi all,
I am new for Arduino and using Portenta x8.
I can not update for OS Release V.399 although watched the instructions.
I ran these commands:
wget https://downloads.arduino.cc/portentax8image/399-finalize-update
chmod +x 399-finalize-update
sudo ./399-finalize-update

but last command stucked the output below:

Failed to enable unit: Unit file tee-supplicant.service does not exist.

By the way,

cat /etc/os-release

Yes, there is still an issue, unfortunately.
I didn't try flashing it manually.
