So no matter what in my arduino IDE, when i open up the port menu it always shows COM3 and COM4, even when nothing is plugged in my usb ports. Even when i plug in my arduino uno properly, nothing changes. I even tried selecting both ports with the arduino plugged in and uploaded the simple "Blink" example program, and there always appears an error connecting to the arduino.
I restart the program, my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Nothing worked.
What's going on here?
