can we have absolute position from incremental encoders. I am using N30 motor (CH-N20-3) . Can it work to give absolute position
If You use a Home switch to calibrate against, it could be possible.
No. The zero position has to be set every time the system is powered up. If the shaft is manually rotated when power is off, the reference is lost.
