Positioning monitoring with quadrature encoders

Can anyone point me in the way of coding to operate two DC motors with quadrature encoders to monitor positioning on Mega2560 board. Can get direction and speed control working OK but cant get encoder position values working. :confused:


  1. read the bottom of my signature line
  2. model number of encoder, links to datasheets, manuals, pictures
