is it possible to output hdmi with arduino, not raspberry pi?
And if it is, how? With external parts, of course.
if its not possible to output hdmi, i can also use vga or composite.

There is a [u]TVout Library[/u] (composite video).

I don't know about HDMI... There's not enough memory for one frame of HD video but I don't know if HDMI supports lower resolution.

Why do you say that? A raspberry Pi is not an Arduino and this is an Arduino forum.

Quite right it is possible to drive a HDMI TV with an Arduino providing you are not driving the HDMI TV with an Arduino. It is amazing what an Arduino can do when it is not doing it.
