Technically it is at least difficult, maybe even impossible.
Do you know anything about the data rate and format, speed and protocol used? as Bluetooth has a far more limited bandwidth than an USB cable it might not be possible at all without additional substantial buffering.
What is the program it talks to? WHat size of scans does it make?
