As a newbie I'm working through Arduino Built-in Examples.
Some require potentiometers showing them fitted to the breadboards but looking on suppliers websites they appear to be trimpot types rather than rotary - I understand that trimpots are built for occasional turning rather than control.
Could you guys recommend an approriate one?
I do have panel rotary pots which I can connect with male/female leads but would prefer that the pots are fixed to the breadboard.
I bought some like these.
They work well in the solderless breadboard.
Cheers!

Hi,
I made this box with two pots and three DPDT.
The connections come out, header-pins an the bit of proto board at the top.
It was made quickly out of necessity, there would be some refinements I could make, include header socket connections as well.
Also rewire to correct the A-B connections for the pots.
