How can u access the row and column of a 25 LED globe using 9 SRs? My main question is how to implement 120 time frames per revolution and use RGB leds? I've been looking at examples and they don't address having 2 or 3 colors shifting thru one register. It seems all u can do is determine if SRs are HIGH or LOW. Can u explain more? I'm using the Nano and 74595.
If you have HIGH and LOW then you can do PWM.
