Power Arduino Uno for along time

First of all, I apologize because my English is very bad, so there will be some passages that have to be translated using google translate, hope you understands.

I have an Arduino Uno working with zmpt101b and sct-013-000 YHDC 100A. I tried using the above two modules to measure KWh and it worked, but at that time i was using laptop to power arduino uno. What i want is arduino uno to work for a long time and continuously,
so what i plan to do is use 9V 1A adapter directly connect to 220VAC then use adapter power arduino uno.

So the question here is whether arduino uno continuous operation with the above method has a negative impact on the lifespan. And is there any solution that can help me to fix this problem, thanks

An Arduino UNO should be able to work continuously, I have 7 UNOs operating 24/7.

Let's see. I have one Nano, one STM32F013 board, and a few ESP32 now running for over a year continuously, except for power outages.

When using a wall adapter, it's usually better to use a 5V phone charger direct to the Arduino USB, eliminating power losses in the 9V-5V on board voltage regulator.

Better 7V or direct 5V supply. Else the on-board regulator can overheat and drop out easily.

Thanks for your help @anon57585045 @DrDiettrich LarryD! Your answers are very helpful and help me a lot, thanks u so much!

besides i have a question, i tried to use phone 5v charger but arduino uno is not working, so is my phone charger broken and not arduino uno right?

You can only be sure if you have tested the Uno with a different charger.

Thank you

The charger stops when it thinks that the battery is fully loaded. Use a simple 5V supply without AI built in.
