I have got a weird situation that some of my nano every boards have a significant different current consumption and i have upload the same code and plugged the same hardware what can cause this difference?
From what you say, Jorge, there should be no significant difference.
Please give more detail. The forum guide will help you understand what detail you need to post and how to post it. Also explain how you are measuring the current and what values you have seen.

One possibility is that you have "floating inputs", which can be a source of unexpected power consumption, especially if they float at levels in between 0 and 1. For best behavior, set all your unused pins to INPUT_PULLUP or OUTPUT.
