Hi, I have recently completed a project for a useless machine, and it works great. However, I have noticed that despite the fact that I have used a switch to disconnect the rest of the circuitry from the battery supply, the battery still drains overnight, and I have to recharge it the next morning. Is there an explanation for why this is happening. I am using a 7.4V 2000mah battery. I am still a beginner, so sorry if this is a dumb question. Attached is an image of the wiring. Thanks!
Forget about that 9 volt thing. That is a voltage source, not a current source, not a power source. What voltage do the servos require? 5 Volt? In that case, use an phone charger battory. They are available in sizes from matchbox to brick.
What sort of battery? Lipo? Li-ion?
Let's see a clear photo of your project so we can tell if your wiring is different from what you think it is.

If everything is wired as shown in your picture, there should be no load on the battery when the top switch (between battery positive and everything else) is open. That would tens to indicate that something is wired differently from the diagram.
Note: If you set Pin 2 to INPUT_PULLUP you would not need the external pull-up resistor shown in your picture.
I have pictures of the wiring, but since everything is already in the box, the view is not the greatest. I have some pictures that I took of before everything was put inside, but I didn't have debugging in mind, so I doubt that any of the pictures are useable. If you would like to see them, I have attached them.
I don't think that it is a problem with the wiring, as using a multimeter indicates that circuit functions as intended. I suspect that it is a problem with the battery (it was a cheap lipo battery bought off amazon; not the greatest choice, I know), so I will be switching it out. I'll let you all know how it goes.

That wiring diagram is I suspect hat you used as a guide, rather than the actual diagram. The fact that you are using a 7.2V LiPo rather than a PP3 makes that obvious.
There are only two possible issues... either your switch is incorrectly wired or you have a faulty battery pack.

That's not a wiring diagram. It's a flashing Fritzing diagram that doesn't contain pinouts, pin designinations etc.
It turns out that it was the battery all along. Thank you all for your help, and I apologize for asking dumb questions.
