if you look at my 4x4x4 led cube on youtube you can tell that I am having trouble with current draw when all 64 leds are lit up at once... any suggestions?

there is the link... I do not have a schematic but its a normal 444 led cube. no resistors just 4 planes of leds and 16 columns...
So I think I have the problem solved... I did some more research and came up with this... I am going to use 11, 7407 DIP buffer/driver (open collector) with common ground. This will allow me to power a 7x7x7 LED cube on the Arduino Mega which I have 2 of them... SOOO I am pretty excited about this and going to start here soon.
