I'm currently working on a power meter project where a person has to send a message to the meter and then it reads it as the updated units. this project uses arduino uno and a GSM module.
any help can be greatly appreciated

What updated units?
What GSM module?

What interfaces does the meter have?
How are you planning that the Uno will read the meter?
