Power-over-Ethernet Regulator for a 3.3V board

I am looking for a Power-over-Ethernet Regulator for a 3.3V board, but have a had time finding one. They seems to exist for 5V, but I use a MKR 1000 WIFI board (ABX00011) with the ETH shield (ASX0006), so I need 3.3V. The goal is to be able to use a commercial PoE switch (802.3af/802.3at) to power the board.

I found this product from Silvertel which likely can enable the PoE (802.3af) for he MRK1000 ETH board: Silvertel Ag9900

But can I just connect this to the MKR1000 ETH board and expect this to work?

These are the pins used but the Ethernet shield:
Pin Usage Notes
4 SD CS Reserved
5 ETH CS
8 MOSI Reserved
9 SCK Reserved
10 MISO Reserved

And the pin description is on page 5 of this this PDF File. I would be a bit more comfortable with a specific Arduino shield (like this one on 5V: Power-over-Ethernet Regulator 802.3af ) as I don't have much experience with this.
