So I have this setup kindof because the UNO actually has a wifi shield over it:
I want to feed the L298N motor board from a 12VDC power adapter but i also want to feed the arduino from this. I understand I can get 5V from the L298N to the arduino (if the jumper is on). I would basically be replacing the battery pack with a wall adapter.
The only thing is that the L298N would get power constantly, and have to dissipate it, right?
