Power supply for a floppy's stepper motor

Hi, I have a stepper motor(4 wires, bipolar I guess) from a floppy drive and a SN754410 "motor driver". Need I a external power supply for it works?

I see the diagram and and see the external power supply, but is possible without PS?(I don't have one :'()

And, If it were possible, how to connect ?
