Power Supply For Arduino Uno Board

I have a 9.6V/1000mAh Ni-Cd rechargeable battery pack that needs to supply power to an Arduino Uno board. I will be driving three 7.5V/0.14A-1.6A DC motors off of the same battery pack. Can someone tell me, what is the best way for me to set this up? If you're willing to make a diagram to show me the connections, that would be even better.

You will need drivers for the motors. Do the motors spin in one direction only or must they be reversible?

I have motor controllers that are reversible. there's a ground, voltage, and control wire. All the stats I gave for the motors was for the motor contollers
