Power supply for motor servo micro SG90

Hi,

I`m new in this world and a made some little projects, now i tried to use a servo motor (SG90) and a little bomb of water, both work at 5 v but i can ´t to use my arduino uno to supply energy.

So i see many ideas with batteries but i want to use a phone charger´s, it is possible?

the charger work with 5 V but 1 ampere, can i connect my motors directly?

Those hobby servos ‘can’ be powered by a 5v 1A power supply.

A 6v power supply is better though.

A common GND is needed between the Arduino and the external power supply.

thanks for your answer. My wife's plants appreciable your answer. (i will make a little yard smart)

i will buy a 6v power supply

I use 5v 1A power supplies all the time, just saying 6v is better.

If buying, get 6vDC regulated supplies.
