power supply for rgb strip

Hi,

can any one guide me on how to use SMPS for a 8x8 matrix RGB LED strip. Here each 1x1 unit contains 10cm strip with 12V, 180mA.

In which case the question makes no sense at all. There is no difference using a switching mode power supply when driving a matrix than using any other sort of power supply. It supply power to the matrix.
