Power Supply for XBee Pro

Hey, I have two XBee Pros for a quadcopter. This datasheet for XBees says the transmission power for the pro is 63mW.

The XBee runs on 3.3v, and I know the arduino's 3.3v max draw is 50mA. Can I safely power the pro with the arduino's regulator? I imagine the draw per transmission is 63/3.3 = 19mA, but is that only per bit? If so, I wonder if the Arduino could keep up.

Any version of the pro is going to draw at least 210 mA
