Power supply using 5V pin

I am using the Nano BLE Sense 33 Rev 2, and I want to power it using the 5V pin. To do this, I am using a 3.7V battery and a power booster. I want to know if the power needs to be exactly 5V because I have an adjustable power booster. Could it damage the board if the voltage is not precisely 5V?

No - but don't exceed "Vmax".

Read the data sheet and set it below max and above min, preferably somewhere in the middle. Only worry about the first digit to the right of the decimal, forget the others to the right.

Datasheet says

However, how much current?

I'm walking-back my previous statement. (Post No.2)
Do not use "5V" as an input here.
The Sense has an on-board SMPS, totally unsuited.
That sort of thing is OK on boards with linear regs, but not here. And I forgot about that.
Use VIN.

You mean with booster ?

Yes, boost it to at least 5.5V
