I have bought this USB-C power supply module to power my Arduino Nano.
Is it better to configure it for 9V and use VIN pin or use 5V directly?
That's a battery charger - therefore Neither "a" nor "b".
When using an appropriate power supply I prefer Vin because of the extra filtering but I also realize there is not much current available on the 5V section and many times will also have an external 5V power supply.
