With 660 watts, are you trying to cook the deer before you hit it? As far as the "additional generator in back" we have a lady in our neighborhood that has CP and is stuck in one of those powered wheelchair things. She doesn't let that slow her down and I know she had been skydiving before. A while back, she zoomed around the neighborhood in her powered chair with a little trailer behind it with the honda generator running to provide the extra power she needed. It was going pretty good too!!
the common (low tech) name among seniors is "power chair" , partly because they do not qualify as "wheel chairs" in that there is no "wheel" to rotate with the hands. They are essentially "wheel-less chairs" because if the electrical system fails, the user is literally "dead in the water" , whereas an "electric wheelchair is a modified wheelchair and if the battery dies the user can default to "manual override " so to speak to get home.

Obviously thinking "outside the box". Maybe she got the idea from a 'Power-Chair Users Club' .
When I get old enough to need a power chair I want to get one of these...

I like it !! Her's is not a typical power chair since she has CP - she has a laptop on it and a bunch of special features so she can get around.
As far as I know , there are only two categories of electric powered chairs.
A-electric "wheelchairs" that allow self propulsion on electrical system failure
B-power chairs that are "wheel -LESS" chairs that aren't going anywhere if the electrical system fails.
Hers is definitely "B" - partially because you can't reach the wheels and partially because even if you could, she could not handle it due to her condition. That said, not much seems to slow her down !!!
I'm not disabled and if I had one of those I don't anybody would try to stop me.
By "pavement" do you mean "sidewalk" ?
If you saw that coming at you on the sidewalk would you put your hand up and yell "STOP !", or just step aside ?
(I think we might be getting off-topic here..but since the OP has declared the post "[SOLVED]", I think we're ok.)
