Powering 3 arduino duo

I am using Arduino DUO's to run three stepper motors - same code on all three. Can I use a single power supply like the MEAN WELL MDR-60-12 AC to DC DIN-Rail Power Supply 12V 5 Amp 60W to power all three Arduino's via their VIN pin? Can the grounds be shared between the three Arduinios?

Got a link to that?

@rgm65027, your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum. Installation and Troubleshooting is not for problems with (nor for advise on) your project  See About the Installation & Troubleshooting category.

Yes, you can power three devices from one power supply (and share the grounds).

Remember that an Arduino is not a power supply, so you basically can't power anything from the 5V or 3.3V pin.

thank you

Why three DUO, can't one DUO do all 3 steppers?
What are the specs of the steppers and drivers?

Tom.. :grinning: :+1: :coffee: :australia:
