Powering a bluetooth speaker with an Uno

I'm building a bluetooth speaker and was originally using a 2200mAh charging bank with a USB output and microUSB charging port to power my speaker, but I messed something up and the output no longer works.

I have an Uno on hand and was thinking of using its 5V output for troubleshooting my speaker, because I can't get the thing to cooperate. The speakers are 4Watt neodymium drivers, but I'm not sure if the necessary amperage would be supplied by the Uno's output. Any ideas if that's feasible?

Thanks.

It may work at (very) low volume. Measure the current and voltage on the 5V line, a too high current will shut down the voltage regulator.
